Dogs are not permitted on the ride or inside the pavilion, though leashed dogs may enter the surrounding park.

Elevators provide access to all levels except the High Gallery at the top of the first ramp, where the entrance has two low steps; a partial view is available from Rotunda Levels 1 and 2. Motorized wheelchairs are permitted.
