The product
- What do I actually get?
- A New York City itinerary for a trip of up to three weeks, built with you in conversation: day by day, with each place carrying the source and date behind it. It stays editable while you plan, and it exports for the trip itself.
- Why not just ask a general AI to plan it?
- A general model answers from memory, and memory has no date on it. It cannot tell you whether the hours it just gave you are current, whether the place is still open, or whether it was ever real — and having no way to check, it fills the gap with something plausible rather than saying it does not know. Here, every venue detail is retrieved from a database we verify ourselves and arrives with its source and the date it was checked; outside that, the guide tells you it is outside it. The other half is that this plans rather than answers: it works against your real dates and the people actually coming, so it catches the closure that lands on your Tuesday, the booking that had to be made weeks ago, and the two stops that are further apart than the afternoon allows. What you get back is not a plausible list — it is an itinerary you can check, argue with, and take with you.
- What is the free part?
- A complete read-only starting itinerary for your dates, party shape and must-sees, ready without an account. You can switch between week, day and map views, then share, download or print it. Sign in to ask the bounded guide questions; moving stops or co-building a different plan is part of paid itinerary planning.
- Do you book anything for me?
- No. We plan; you book. We will tell you when something needs booking ahead and how far ahead, but no reservation is ever made in your name.
- Can it plan around the people I am with?
- That is the point of it. Ages, pace, mobility needs and tastes belong to individual people in your party, and stops are chosen and split accordingly — including days where the group splits up and meets again.
- Do you cover other cities?
- Not yet. New York City only, verified properly. Other cities get their own sites when their databases are as good.

Buying it
- What does it cost?
- One payment for one trip, with the price and any tax shown at checkout before you pay.
- Is it a subscription?
- No. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
- Is there a free trial of the full thing?
- No. The free preview shows you how the guide behaves and what our checking looks like; the planning itself is the paid product, from the first visitor onwards.
- What if I want a refund?
- If the paid itinerary build has not started, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase and get all of your money back. Once you ask us to start the build, the statutory cancellation right stops applying. A goodwill refund stays available for genuine dissatisfaction, and asking costs you nothing. The full policy is published in the terms. Whatever it says, it cannot reduce the rights the law gives you.

The information
- What does verified mean?
- That the detail was confirmed against a named source on the date shown beside it. Both the source and the date stay visible, so you can judge how much weight to put on it.
- What if a place has closed since you verified it?
- It happens, and we would rather you heard it from us: hours and closures change without notice, so confirm anything critical with the venue. Where our information has aged past its useful life, the plan says so rather than pretending.
- What happens when you have not verified something?
- The guide says it is outside the verified guide instead of inventing an answer. It can also run a live search for genuinely current things, and anything that comes back is labeled as not verified with its source attached.
- Is this just a chatbot with a travel prompt?
- It is an AI system, and it says so the first time you meet it in any conversation. What is different is the leash: it may only state a venue fact that exists in our verified database, with the source attached, and it has no permission to fall back on the model's own memory. When it has nothing, it tells you that instead.
- How accurate are the travel times?
- They are planning estimates, and each one tells you whether it was measured or assumed. Treat them as a good guess about a normal day, not a timetable.

Your data
- Do you track me?
- No. No advertising, no third-party analytics, and no trackers. The only cookies are strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in, and one can remember a language choice or dismissed suggestion after you explicitly act. We count pages and actions ourselves, anonymously and without cookies — no third party sees it and nothing in it identifies you. The privacy page has the full account.
- Why do I need an account for the free preview?
- Because the guide costs real money per conversation, and an account is the cheapest honest way to stop that being drained by bots. Sign-in is an emailed link — there is no password to invent.
- Do I have to use real names for my party?
- No, and we would rather you did not. Use first names or nicknames; the planner only needs to tell people apart.
- Can I delete everything?
- Yes, and you do not have to ask: from your account page you delete your trips, conversations and itineraries yourself, immediately and permanently. Only the order records tax law forces us to keep survive, and they stop being linked to you. If you would rather we did it, write to the privacy address.
